As a leading automotive collision center in Doylestown, Suburban Autoworks’ staff are committed to ensuring that everyone who comes in our door is able to have their car run as well as possible when we return it. Through our efforts to improve our quality control, materials and worksmanship, we have been honored to receive the prestigious Honda/Acura ProFirst Collision and Volvo Collision certifications.
Honda/Acura ProFirst Collision Certification
Honda’s certification expands upon the already stringent requirements of I-CAR’s Gold Class Professional recognition. It is an industry-standard set of criteria that any collision center in Doylestown or throughout the country must achieve. There are separate processes for refinishing and structural technicians. Hours of training are required and employees at Suburban Autoworks remain current in industry best practices to maintain the certification.
Honda’s ProFirst allows our staff to focus on ensuring that we can perform quality repairs on all Honda and Acura vehicles that customers bring in for us to service. We are now able to:
- Account for different construction materials used by Honda in its vehicles to ensure the best quality fit and finish
- Make repairs based on the manufacturer’s best practices so that when cars leave our shop, they are in factory-new condition
- Ensure that we can service cars equipped with the latest technology such as hybrid engines and new structural materials.
By doing so, Honda has recognized our collision center in Bucks County for our commitment to satisfied customers through expertise and ongoing training. In addition, we use leading software programs, which while not visible to consumers, enables us to quickly access the parts we need to fix your vehicle and ensure there are no hitches in any repair project we complete. It also allows us to access procedures that ensure that your car or SUV meets both our standards for quality and those of Honda/Acura.
Volvo Collision Certification
Suburban Autoworks has been honored by Volvo to receive the Swedish automaker’s certification for collision repairs and bodywork on the company’s entire line of vehicles. We have been approved for every aspect of the repair process, from how our facility is set up to staff training and the equipment that we use to get your Volvo car or SUV looking as good as new.

Thanks to our training and equipment we can offer the industry standard for repair services, from helping bring your vehicle in if it is inoperable to working with your insurance company to ensure that they pay for what they should based on your coverage limits.
